Volume 3, Issue 7 - July 2008
Greetings, folks -
I think if you do something once, it's an innovation, and if you do it twice it's a practice. But if you do it four
times, you're on your way to establishing a tradition, and last month we ran our fourth (traditional) customer satisfaction survey. The results were good, and on par with previous years. Our customers still say the quality of our people is
the main reason they do business with us, followed by trust in the InSys relationship. Speed of response and price were tied in third place, which is pretty much the same situation as 2007.
The biggest difference was that our
participation rate wasn't as high as it's been in previous years. There could be a lot of reasons for that -- everything from worries about the economy to general Inbox overload. So we're doing is considering a change in scheduling. We may
do the survey less often, and we might also move it earlier in the year so as not to conflict with vacation schedules.
In any case, thanks to all who participated. I'm happy to announce that Prudential's Anu Mandava was the
winner of our random drawing, and we'll be making a $500 donation to his favorite charity. And thanks to everyone at InSys who's helped make us a firm that's known for delivering quality resources in a timely fashion.
Until next time...

Make a Wish on the Golf Course
Last month, InSys was proud to participate in a Make-A-Wish golf tournament sponsored by Extech Industries, a Long Island City building supply firm. As the secondary sponsor, Insys helped cover
the cost of beverages and signage, and also sponsored a foursome for the event. Tony Pirozzi, InSys COO, invited three long-term InSys clients and hit the links with about 140 other folks. Altogether, the event raised over $35,000.
