Survey Results Show Improvement
First, thanks to all who participated in our recent Client Satisfaction Survey. We had a good response
rate, and heard from new clients as well as clients who have been with us since the very beginning. The results were good, too. Our work to incorporate the 2005 results into our process improvement plan led us in the right direction. We
plan to use the 2006 results in the same way, concentrating on the areas that will serve our clients most directly and working toward even higher marks next year.
While we pay close attention to our annual survey, we also love to
hear from our clients throughout the year. If you've got an idea about how we can better serve you or just want to give us a pat on the back, please get in touch.
Every identified participant is now the proud owner of a pretty cool
T-shirt. (If you haven't received yours yet, don't worry. InSys Account Reps are making the rounds to thank you for your feedback and hand-deliver your shirt.) This year, we also offered a special bonus prize through a random drawing - a
2G iPod Nano. Congratulations to the lucky winner!

The ABCs of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Hype around implementing SOAs has increased recently, with the promise of
more agile business process automation and reduced application development time. Some are even claiming cost reductions of as much as 50%. Before you join the bandwagon, check out CIO's primer on the subject. Read the article.
The Internet Battle Heats Up
The Senate debates Internet regulation this week, and it's the big
telecommunications vendors against those who want government to ensure "network neutrality." Read the article.
Web 2.0 and Business
Web 2.0 is the latest buzzword, garnering more than 71 million Google hits. Web 2.0 technologies include things like wikis, blogs, RSS, AJAX, and mashups. Web 2.0 sites are not online places to visit so much as services to get
something done. They haven't had much to offer the business world, until now. Read the article.
Something Cool and Delicious for Your Next Cookout
April's link
to a sinfully delicious dessert from Linda's Top-Secret White Binder Cookbook was a big hit, so we thought we'd offer another recipe in this issue. This time we'll go the "lighter" eating route and suggest the Pineapple-Mango Salsa on page 20. It goes great with grilled fish or chicken; feel free to experiment with the amount of chilies you use. You can always cool off with another icy drink!
