Volume 2, Issue 5 - May 2007
Good customer service is at the heart of any business -- it always has been! But it's even more important today, when the Web makes it so easy for
people to take their business elsewhere. That's why it's so important to build customer loyalty and repeat business, and that only happens when you build a real relationship.
One of the reasons we started InSys Views was to provide
a monthly opportunity to do just that. I wanted to give all our readers an opening, in case they had something to say. This newsletter is a non-intrusive way for InSys to drop in on your day, and it's a way for you to say "Oh, by the
way..."
There was a Purdue University study that said 92% of people form their opinions of a company based on its customer service, and 63% will switch to another product or service if that experience is negative. We want to
make sure InSys delivers on its promises. If there's anything you need, just hit Reply and let me know.
Until next month...

Walk Like You've Got a Purpose!
Spring brings warmer weather, the scent of freshly mowed grass and a chance to get out there and enjoy it all. So why not enjoy it all while doing something really worthwhile?
Felice
Albala, an InSys Technical Writer, did just that last month by leading a team in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's MS Walk at Errickson School in Freehold, New Jersey. The National MS Society funds more research than any other
private organization as well as providing education, programs and services to anyone who's affected by MS.
Felice herself was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis shortly before joining InSys in 2006, and is dedicated to raising
awareness and helping fund research. She feels she's one of the lucky ones, since she's responded well to drug therapy. Not everyone is so lucky.
On the walk, she led "Felice's Faction," a team of nine that raised over
$3,400. It's not too late to support her. Donations are being accepted until June 15. Visit Felice's donation website to learn more.
