What's there to say about a company's culture? Can a company even claim to have a culture? We think so.
IT consulting is a pretty small world, and while the people of InSys have worked under this banner for a relatively short time,
many of us have worked together for many, many years. Our managers have come up through the ranks, and are still here in IT because they like it. It's never boring, and it's a profession that offers opportunities for creativity as well as
perfection of craft.
We also like it because we're good at it, and because it's been good to us. We've been there, done that, and have the T-Shirt. We value professionalism, technical skill and the ability to play well with others.
However, we understand it's important to keep your life in balance. We like to work hard, but we like to play hard too. We never expect our people to give up their personal lives, and believe that family should always come first.
