Time & Expense Reporting Support

Instructions on how to log on and change your password are provided below. A detailed user guide is also available for your review.

As an INSYS Group employee, you are required to log on to the Time & Expense Reporting System to complete a timesheet on the 15th and the last day of each month. In order to complete the payroll process, it is important that all timesheets be submitted on time. Email reminders will be sent to you before each due date.

To log on:

  1. Enter your email address in the User Name field.
  2. Enter your password. If you have forgotten your password or have trouble logging on, please open a ticket at the Support Center.
  3. Check the "Remember my password" box if desired. Please do not choose this option if you are using shared hardware.
  4. Click OK.

Note: If you experience issues logging on, complete a help desk ticket at the INSYS Support Center or call (201) 621-4799 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern.

On your first visit to the Time & Expense Reporting system, you will be asked to change your password from the initial default setting.

To change your password:

  1. Enter your user name (your first initial, followed by your last name) as provided to you in your welcome to email.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter a new password and confirm by entering it again.
  4. Click OK.
