InSys uses Outlook Web Access (OWA), provided via an internal Exchange server. Guides for logging on and configuring your browser settings are detailed below. (Note: Your pop-up settings may need to be changed in Internet Explorer.)

 TIPS

If your InSys email has been set to forward to another email address (a personal email or client-site email address), you will not have access to your InSys email account via this feature.

If you would like to remove the forward from your account, you must complete a Help Desk ticket at the InSys Support Center.

 

 

 

To log on:

  1. Enter your user name (the InSys format is first initial followed by last name).
  2. Enter your password. Passwords are provided by the InSys tech team.
  3. If you have forgotten your password or have trouble logging on, please complete a Help Desk ticket at the InSys Support Center .

 

OWA Logon Support

To change pop-up settings:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. On the main menu, go to Tool > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings
  3. Enter insysus.com in the "Address of website to allow field."
  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Close.

Note: You can also disable the pop-up blocker entirely.
