As an InSys employee, you are required to log on to the InSys Time & Expense Reporting System to complete a timesheet on the 15th and the last day of each month. In order to complete the payroll process, it is important that all timesheets be submitted on time. Email reminders will be sent to you before each due date.

 TIPS

If you're using an earlier version of Windows, your InSys email address will not work in the User Name field. Enter the string CORP\short form user name (example: CORP\jdoe). If the logon screen contains an additional Domain field, ignore it.

 

 

 

To log on:

  1. Enter your InSys email address in the User Name field; OR enter the string CORP\ followed by your short form user name. Both will work unless you're using Windows 2000 (see TIPS above for using earlier Windows versions).
  2. Enter your password. If you have forgotten your password or have trouble logging on, please contact the InSys eTime administrator via email or phone (see support info below).
  3. Check the "Remember my password" box if desired. Please do no choose this option if you are using shared hardware.
  4. Click OK.

Time & Expense Logon

 

On your initial visit to the Time & Expense Reporting system, you will be asked to change your password from the initial default setting.

To change your password:

  1. The Account field will be pre populated with CORP\. Do not remove this string.
  2. Enter your user name (your first name initial, followed by your last name – as provided to you in your welcome to InSys email).
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter a new password and confirm by entering it again.
  5. Click OK.
